If you find you are not able to connect this guide will help you with that:
1. The first checkpoint is when you plug the P360 into power with the power supply supplied. You should see two things:
a. The blue LED on the front of P360 by the “Presence 360” label should flash every 5 seconds.
b. The P360 should take a bow.

2. If the P360 is ready and you have Bluetooth turned on, and you have confirmed the device you are using is compatible: Compatible Devices
a. On your mobile device turn on Bluetooth and wait a couple of minutes.
b. Place your mobile device in the cradle, insert power, and in the App turn on your camera.
c. Pairing should take place automatically. Other pairing methods see: Pairing
3. When the mobile device and P360 are paired, you should see the following:
a. The P360 rotates and moves up and down while it calibrates.
b. From another device signed into the same account, in the “Remote Cameras” section on the “Cameras and Devices” page the paired mobile device the icon will change to robot icon.

If you are still not successful resetting the local camera ( the one paired to the P360 may help). After reset try pairing again.
