The device can get in a state of continuous spin.
We are working on a permanent solution as it seems to be related to vantage points.
For now, the workaround consists of deleting all vantage points and resetting the local camera device.
It is as follows:
-Connect your local camera to the device, if you haven’t already.
-View that local camera with another device.
-Delete all vantage points.
-Disconnect the local camera from the device, by hitting the back button on its camera screen.
-Reset the devices.
Device: Unplug the unit then plug it back in.
Device: Unplug the unit then plug it back in.
Android: Clear data
iOS: Soft Reset
The next time you connect the local camera to the device, the issue will be resolved.
